We exist to help people thrive.

I believe that every person is born with all the potential and purpose they need to live a meaningful life. But often, the world has other ideas, and things happen along the way that bring us out of balance and disconnect us from who we truly are.

At Wisdom of the Heart, I am here to help you find your way back to you again. I offer a unique lens into coaching and mentoring services for individuals and couples who are looking for something deeper—deeper relationships, deeper meaning, deeper connection to their lives, their work, and their purpose.

This method is designed to foster clarity, create a road map to healing, and help you reconnect with your true, authentic self. We’ll dive deep together, challenging you to shift your lens, look at things from a new perspective, and answer hard questions to explore what made you who you are today. A trauma-informed, evidence-based process will equip you with tools and mindfulness practices that you’ll carry with you after our time together is over. Whether we connect virtually or in person, all our work occurs in a confidential, non-judgmental, supportive environment.

It takes courage to begin your journey towards growth, healing, and deeper purpose. But if you have that courage—if you take that first step—the possibilities become a reality.

Our core values

  • We dwell in possibility. Even if we can’t see the good yet, we always believe it’s coming.

  • We are committed to being our authentic selves, even as we help you discover yours.

  • We’ve all experienced hard things and deserve to be cared for, valued, and loved.

  • No matter your beliefs, your background, your way of life—you deserve to thrive, and you are welcome here.

  • You will never be on this journey alone. We will be there beside you, every step of the way.

Sita K. Mukerji, MA, CRC

I started Wisdom of the Heart because I am passionate about helping people thrive and navigate the stories that limit them or the places where they find themselves stuck. As a Certified Relationship Coach, experienced Leader, and Mentor, I’m specifically trained and educated to help you find the deep, rich, vibrant life you long for. I bring a unique lens that allows me to see the layers of complexity that are human nature.

And I’m passionate about this work because I’ve lived it. I’ve experienced living a life disconnected from my true, authentic self. I’ve gone from showing up as someone who wasn’t “me” to truly stepping into my purpose. Along the way, I’ve had people show up to help me just when I needed them.

I’d like to be one of those people for you. I’d love nothing more than to sit down with you for an actual or virtual cup of coffee and hear your story. So, when you’re ready, reach out. Let’s talk about your journey and how we might walk together toward the authentic life you deserve to live.

I know the process can be hard, but I also know that it’s so, so worth it. My programs are designed to educate and raise awareness, and then, after your time with me, I will provide you with the tools and support you need.

Know who you are working with!

I discovered my purpose in helping other people discover theirs.

I’m a cheerleader at heart, and I’m deeply passionate about helping others shine. Nothing lights me up more than helping someone discover hope, a spark within themselves that can be ignited. I have gained so much from the wonderful people I’ve been privileged to help over the years.

For over 25 years, I’ve been deeply inspired by people's complexity—the ways we connect, communicate, and grow together. Throughout my career, I’ve worked closely with individuals and teams as a Leader, Mentor, and Coach, all while pursuing a comprehensive education in human development and relational dynamics.

Now, I’m combining everything I’ve learned—years of hands-on experience and in-depth study—to fully align my work with what I do best and love most: helping people thrive in their relationships and within themselves. This is more than a career shift—it’s a natural evolution, and I’m excited to walk this path with purpose and clarity.

Beyond work, I share a wonderful life with my partner in San Diego (though my hometown will always be Kansas City—go Chiefs!). We have a blended family with two daughters, as well as a very energetic Aussiedoodle who brings us so much joy. I’m pretty obsessed with French culture—I studied French for 8 years and still take classes to stay polished—and I love coffee, pickleball, and organizing social gatherings with my family. My faith keeps me centered and connected to myself, and it drives me in everything I do.

I believe that the best way to change the world around us is to start with ourselves, changing the trajectory of our own lives to create meaning. I’ve been on the journey myself, and I know it isn’t easy. But if you’re ready to take the first step, I would love to walk the path by your side.
