My Process
The best way to change the trajectory of our lives and find meaning is by starting with ourselves—the lens through which we see the world, the stories in our minds that have limited us, and the coping mechanisms that once served us but no longer do. The goal of all the time we spend together will be to help you reconnect to that self so that you can live life with clarity, intention, and authenticity. This not only impacts you but those you are in relationship with as well!
As we work together, you will be provided with tools, support, and mindfulness practices that you can carry with you into the future. You’ll find yourself in a nonjudgmental, supportive environment where the only agenda is your desire to identify your goals, gain clarity in achieving them, and move towards transforming your life. I strive to know you throughout the process to honor your process, bringing awareness to the behaviors and patterns you want to change without losing who you are authentically.
You carry an innate wisdom inside your heart. My role is to help you fully discover yours!
Slow Down. Take a breath.
Tune into who you are.
FINDING YOUR WAY BACK TO YOU!
I believe that we struggle when we lose ourselves. We are born into this world with everything we need innately, and then…life throws us curveballs. Somewhere along the way, we begin to lose our authenticity. Realizing this, identifying what we want, and finding the right tools set us up to realign with our heart’s desires.
AUTHENTIC SELF: The version of you that stems from your heart, your soul. It stems from self-awareness, integrity, and vulnerability, and aligns you with your core values. It’s your north star.
for couples
When I work with couples, I start by meeting with the couple together and then with both individuals on their own. I want to give both individuals a chance to be heard, and it’s important to me that I am able to pay attention to the storyteller as much as the story itself. I want to understand your goals, your vision for your relationship, and what’s getting in the way.
Next, I’ll create a roadmap to bring the two of you together. We’ll work through hands-on exercises that will help you practice communicating—being honest, navigating triggers, and truly hearing each other. Learning to communicate well with your partner can feel like learning a new language, and our goal is to create a shared language that the two of you can use to connect.
I typically work with couples for 12 sessions. Our goal at the end of the sessions is for each of you to better understand yourselves, better understand each other, and walk away with tools and techniques you can use to continue building your relationship.
Just like my individual sessions, all of my work with couples takes place in a trust-filled, judgment-free environment. If both of you come committed to the process, we’ll work together to guide you to the deeper connection you’ve been hoping for.
A Note About Coaching: Coaching is a collaborative, forward-focused process designed to support your goals, growth, and resilience. It is not a substitute for therapy. If at any point it appears that your needs would be better served by therapeutic or other clinical support, I will help connect you with appropriate resources. To honor ethical boundaries and avoid dual relationships, any mental health treatment must be provided by a different licensed provider. Our coaching work will remain non-clinical, goal-oriented, and solution-focused. I welcome a conversation to explore whether coaching is the right fit for you.
